- One of the worlds highest distilleries located in the Japanese Southern Alps. Light, grassy with green fruits and sweet poached pears.

- Blend of 3 different malt whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hukushu and Chita distilleries, finished in Sakura (cherry) casks. Floral, orange, lavender, cocoa, hint of smoke.
