– A crisp, clean pilsner fermented with lager yeast that is hopped with American hops, similar to a West Coast IPA. It combines the drinkability of a traditional pilsner with the citrus-forward flavor of a modern IPA. We used 25 pounds of Crystal and Cascade hops from our own field and then finished with cryogenic Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest.
